Advanced Freediver course. Build upon your Wave 1 experience and unlock your potential

In this immersive advanced course, you will:

• Dive deeper into the physics of freediving, exploring Dalton’s law, Henry’s law, and their implications for safe freediving practices.

• Master advanced breath-hold techniques, equalization methods, and deep diving skills through a combination of knowledge development, confined water, and open

  water sessions.

• Learn effective rescue procedures and develop the confidence to handle challenging situations.

Upon successful completion, you will receive your Molchanovs Wave 2 Advanced Freediver certification, empowering you to explore the underwater world with refined skills and heightened awareness. Embrace the freedom of the deep and embark on your Wave 2 journey today!

Completion Requirements

Confined Water Requirements: Static 2min 30sec, DYNB 50m, DNF 35m.

Open Water Requirements: CWTB 24-30m, FIM 24-30m, CNF 15m, CWTB buddying 10-15m, rescue from 15m.

Joining Requirements 

To enroll in the Molchanovs Wave 2 Advanced Freediver Course:

You must be at least 18 years old (or 16 years old with parental consent), and have Molchanovs Wave 1 certification (or have passed a crossover evaluation for Wave 1).

Additional cost:

• National park fee 200thb / day

• Diving insurance 70thb
